Knowledge

2. Systems Administrator
Network knowledge (basic switches, routers technical knowhow and performance tuning)
Sample Checkpoint - When choked how to check and rectify
OS Hardening Knowledge
Sample Checkpoint – Registry settings, winlogon, userinit vulnerabilities
Scripting knowledge (Netsh, WSH, batch files, batch file compilation, unixtools)
Sample Checkpoint – one-liners, automation, scheduled tasks.
Documentation and Scheduling
Sample Checkpoint – ability to report on-time, schedule on-time implementation efforts with proper diagramming and documentations, assumptions, constraints.
(Optional) Windows Clustering, NLB
Sample Checkpoint – Number of IPs required, failover and (especially) failback app sync, config sync, data sync
Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc)
Sample Checkpoint – CCNA, MCSE
Experience (Years, Projects, etc)
Sample Checkpoint – 3 years and above in medium, large scale projects.
3. Dot NET (C#) Developers
Thick Clients (Win32, , etc)
Checkpoint – Familiarity with C# and win32 API libraries.
Certifications (Microsoft, etc)
Checkpoint – MCP Preferred.
Experience (Years, Projects, etc)
Checkpoint – 2 years and above in medium, large scale dot NET projects on C#.
Nationality (SGP Citizens, PRs)
Checkpoint – We require Singaporeans and PRs onsite.
